Received the TV broken TWICE. Got the first TV a week prior. It was shattered in the bottom center near the TV logo. I put in the request to get it returned and ordered a new one. I received the new one everything looked fine until I peeled off the plastic screen protector and the top left corner was cracked. Why TV’s aren’t making the shippin I have no clue but this point it’s now at inconvenience that I’m having to be available for the guys to come pick it up. With that being said. I turned on the TV and the picture from it is still solid and is a steal for the price.

The TV is great. The picture is very good and I like the Fire TV platform. My only complaint is the standby light at the bottom of the TV. The light is large and very bright. It lights up my entire room. The TCL TV I had before this one allowed you to disable the light, this one does not.

I have been in the market for a 75 to 85 inch TV for under $600. This TV had everything I needed and more for the price. Installation was a breeze. The interface is quick on this line of Fire TVs. Everything is a joy to watch on this TV. I highly recommend it.

I really took a chance on this TV, and so far i’m glad i did. I purchased the 75 inch model. I paid $ 599.00. For a 75 inch with Qled. Amazing price point for those features. I received the product in two days. Out of the box, the TV was in perfect condition, no cracks, screen was flawless. I decided to turn the TV on and make sure everything worked properly before I set it in place. Everything worked perfectly. No issues. Brightness was good, colors popped well. As far as sound, I can’t really say much, I hooked a Sonos sound beam to the TV, which sounds incredible. The Dolby Atmos is amazing. As to the date i’m writing this I would recommend this TV. I will do an update in three months.

I upgraded from a 10 year old 60″ Sharp 1080p that had a great picture but did not have smart features. I wasn’t sure the picture would be an upgrade, but I was tired of having to switch between the firestick for smart features and the tv remote for antenna and HDMI functions.

This did not disappoint. The footprint of this 65″ is not much bigger than the old 60″ because of the edge to edge picture. The sound is much better as well, I had to use a soundbar with the sharp because of the thin sounding speakers. The picture is outstanding, I’m just using the factory settings-mainly standard but occasionally switching to Movie and Dynamic. I haven’t set any Custom pictures up yet, but will in the future. It’s lighter as well and I was able to use the same slim mount as my older tv. Lighter is definitely more manageable. The power and inputs are easy enough to access even with it being mounted close to the wall.
This is really a great tv with a ton of features for the money-It’s quite a bit cheaper than what I paid for the smaller 60″ tv 10 years ago–not many things are better and cheaper than they were 10 years ago.

This is rather unbelievable. The remote arrived with a broken part, so the battery cover doesn’t close entirely. I called TCL and they had the nerve to tell me the remote isn’t covered in the warranty. I’ve had the TV less than 24 hours, the controller arrived broken. I just explained US warranty law to the lady on the phone, and asked for her manager. This is pretty lousy customer service that a part arrives broken and they refuse to send you a new one because “it’s not covered under the warranty.” There’s something called implied warranty of merchantability — I’m a lawyer — products are supposed to be work and be in good condition when you receive them. I’m now waiting for a manager. But why do I need my blood pressure going through the roof over a $20 remote? Stay tuned.
