I have mine set up to do continuous heart monitoring and can do the ekg as needed with a few taps. I haven’t used the exercise monitoring yet, but it tracks steps easily.
The battery lasts me about 4 days, it might last a little longer but i charge it when it gets below 15%.
The watch itself is big and has weight to it, which i like but it takes some getting used to.
Sleep tracking is great and you can see a lot of info in the app on your phone.
I don’t hate but also don’t like the band it came with and ordered stretchy bands to use instead, which are much more comfortable and breathable and i adjusted them to get the right snug fit for the sensors to work well. The band it came with is actually really unique and does the job, but I’m not a fan of silicone bands as they cause my skin to sweat easily. Also, I’m wearing the watch on a wrist i broke decades ago and the silicone isn’t flexible enough to allow the watch to sit comfortably where that bone didn’t heal quite right and has a bump from it.
I got a case and screen protector for this watch, like i do for all of my devices. I am clumsy and do not want to cause any damage to it.
The connection to my phone for calls, reminders and messages works great, the phone calls are crystal clear, though the volume is not as high as my phone can go, but it doesn’t really need to be for me. So that is not a complaint, just a heads up.
Overall it is worth the price, research which one does the best job for what you need and choose based on that. This watch does everything i need it to do. I’m keeping an eye out for a model that does blood pressure and glucose, as I’ve seen that mentioned for future watches.

You can install a Wear app on your phone and sync the phone with the watch via Bluetooth. This occurs when you are setting up the watch, which I found to be very straightforward. The watch face is customizable. You can use different faces or modify the default face. Many changes can be made on the phone and then sent to the watch.
What I found cool was that phone calls and texts showed up on the watch. No need to take the phone out of my pocket. It comes with numerous apps installed. For example, compass, weather, contacts, messages, phone, health monitor (can do an EKG), Bixby, stopwatch, gallery, media, Outlook, calculator, voice recorder, google assistant, and payment apps to name a bunch. Watch settings can also be changed on the app. I would recommend downloading the user manual and going through it to learn all the features. The manual can also be accessed in the app.
I wasn’t sure how I would like a smartwatch, but now I’m glad I bought one. The only downside to this model is the thickness, which isn’t a problem for me.
