    I own a small business. Real small. It’s just me. I do all the things. And that includes taking pictures and making videos of products that I produce. Until now, I’ve been relying on my phone and iPad to get video, but there are some big limitations to that manner if you’re looking for really high resolution images and some want the freedom to move the camera without it looking like you’re in an earthquake or having a seizure.

    It’s super easy to use. It’s super portable. The strap adds stability, as does the compact design — which also helps with the shaking and nonsense that I got up to with iPad filming.

    It doesn’t come with an SD card, and you want a regular sized one, not a micro. It comes with everything else, including a nice microphone and mount. If you want to do YouTube, this camera and a SD chip are basically all you need to hit the ground running.

    Seriously love it. Working currently to film my next Kickstarter campaign, and it’s made it possible to get the shots I want. Still doing my editing in iMovie, but this camera has been a game changer for me. I might even start a YT channel… Funny how having good footage makes you feel like you’re ready for prime time lol

    For the price, it is top tier and with all the accessories it comes with is an additional bonus for sure. The video quality is okay for the price and a good starter camcorder. The quality of the video is pretty great and even on low light the quality isn’t so bad. I’m still testing it with all lightings but so far I haven’t noticed extreme bad quality. The only thing I wish it came with was the sd card but besides that I’m liking it so far.

    I have so say when this camcorder first arrived, I was nervous as the box was somewhat damaged. With a pretty expensive camera inside, I felt nervous that it might be damaged. Luckily, they packed everything very well, the equipment was fine.
    I was amazed at how much was included with this Package. Besides the 4K HD Camcorder, there’s 2 batteries and a charger, a separate wind covered external microphone, a wide angle lens, a camera holder, a remote control, IR Night Vision, and plenty of cables to hook the accessories up. There’s User Manuals for the camera and all the other items. The only thing NOT included is an SD card where the photos and video are written. You need a pretty big card, I’d suggest a Terabyte at least, as the HD and 4K videos take up a lot of space. You can get these pretty cheap these days here on Amazon or anywhere camera supplies are sold.
    The camera has a wifi connection and you can control your camcorder on your cell phone. You can put the camera remotely, and control it on your phone, even use it as a baby monitor. The instructions were pretty detailed, so I was able to connect it easily and quickly.
    There are so many features, that it will take quite a while to learn how to use this camcorder. I am very impressed how good this was for the price. There’s lots of accessories and features, I will need a few weeks to learn and get comfortable with it.
    I am very happy with this camera and look forward to using it and taking it with us on our travels.

    For a sub-$200 camera, we were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the camera itself and the video.

    We do some product videos in a small studio environment, and this was a good step up from using our phones. The camera is very easy to use, and we really like the compact design. Ours is always on a tripod, so we don’t have stability issues, but I do think the attached strap would be a plus if you were shooting hand held.

    You will need to pickup a full size SD card (odd it doesn’t come with one) but they’re cheap enough. Probably a good camera for a basic Youtube setup, although that’s not our use case, I know that’s a need that many have.

    No super high-end, and not a lot of advanced features, but a great camera for what it is, and at a good price.
