    So far I’m loving my Neo chair, it is very comfortable and gives me great back support for my bad back.
    When it arrived, one of the legs had a broken plastic piece so I emailed Neo Customer Service and they were great in sending me new parts right away. Service makes my review a 5 star.
    I would recommend this chair.

    I just finished assembling the chair. Here is my initial impression:

    1. It’s budget chair in every sense of the word “budget.” My guess is the chair will last maybe 1,000 to 1,500 hours of normal use before significant wear begins to appear. The service life should be at least double or triple that. Four stars for meeting, but not exceeding, my budget expectation.
    2. It took me around 25 minutes to assemble the chair. Not hard at all. The instructions are basic and clear enough.
    3. Adequately comfortable.
    4. All mechanical functions work fine, e.g., swivel, up & down, etc.
    5. Chair does not roll easily on thick carpet when I am sitting in the chair.
    6. So far, I have not detected a chemical odor from the new chair.

    I love this chair. I put it together myself in a little over an hour. The arms are attached to a thick piece of gray plastic, instead of metal, but it’s still great quality. One of the plastic pieces has a large black scratch, but I’ll cover it with gray paint or something. The seat and back are so cushy and comfortable. The chair feels sturdy. It’s an off white, instead of true white.

    This is a decent office chair for the price. It is comfortable and provides the back support I need for work.
    The first one purchased did have some issues. When I initially sat on it, it would veer to the right if my feet were not grounded. In addition, it got very wobbly after a few months of use so the seat would tilt back n forth and wasn’t stable. I emailed customer support and a person named Chuck ended up sending me a new base after trying a few remedies. Once I replaced the base, it fixed both issues so I may of just gotten a defected one initially. This chair doesn’t go as low or lean back as far as my old one so you can’t go pimp mode if your going to use it to binge a series or something. It’s more of a work office chair but effective in that respect.

    The seat is too deep for me, but it’s other features (and the fact it has been built) lead me to keep it.
    The leather is off good quality – no nicks that I can see.
    The arms are adjustable and transition between up and down smoothly.
    The lever for the up/and/down seat adjustment is in a normal position, and works well (of course, you still need to hold the lever open to raise it; always uncomfortable.
    I gave it a 3 star rating due to the caster wheeled base. It is very wide (about 5″ wider than what I previously had) and awkward for me.

    I purchased this chair after reviewing numerous chairs on the Amazon site and on Prime Day it was a great deal so I got it. I was surprised at the quality of the leather which was excellent. All the parts are in a pouch which contains all you need to put it together nd even came with extra bolts and washers. The only semi-difficult item to install were the arms as you need to push the leather side seat material a bit so you can engage the bolts but once you learn that little thing it goes together easily. The arms fold up so you can push it up against your table and not damage the arms. Good quality for the price.

    I’m a smaller lady who has trouble finding a good sized chair that doesn’t crane my neck forward not being a taller person. This chair is sized very well from the back to the bottom and the quality of leather is lovely. It’s not too soft or hard and is comfortable to sit in for extended periods (wfh). I like that the arm rests lift up and plenty of height to it as well. You can turn the bottom knob to adjust how much you can lean back, but it’s honestly not very much and a bit still only rocking back maybe an inch or so. Color is a nice brown and true to the picture, easy to assemble and the instructions are clear. No funny smells to it.
