    THIS laptop is so great!! I asked a couple of computer nerd friends about a good laptop and they both directed me to this brand. I looked over the different laptops from this brand and came across this one. What first caught my attention was the lifetime key for Mircrosoft Office. It’s Windows 11. AND it had a $100 off coupon. I would have paid full price but I didn’t have to. The size is perfect, not too big. It’s very pleasing to hold, feel right. The clarity of the pictures on the monitor are incredible! I am just starting to explore this little laptop but I can tell I have gotten more than my monies worth. This started out as something I was just thinking about buying, but this laptop ticked all my boxes!!

  4. What the…??!! –

    As I started to prepare the computer for operation, I ran into a problem, tried to use the 800# listed on Amazon for product support, which had been disconnected, so I called Lenovo. They told me, using the model and serial number, that the product had been purchased in India in March and that it only had 9 months left on the warranty. They also told me that if I needed support, I would have to call India. Should the computer fail in some way, it would have to be sent back to India. When I tried to extend the warranty, I was transferred to the Indian website for Lenovo where all currency was listed in Indian denominations. Take a look at the Amazon site for this seller (if they have left the information there after reading this review) and look at the real corporate name at the bottom of the page. Using the name and address provided, search the internet and learn about them. I’ll leave the rest to you.

    Not an HD TV or a gaming console but IMHO. Haven’t tried the camera and the windows 11 update gave me a slight headache but it looks like new, acts like new. It’s faster than any computer I have owned. An Core I-5 10th Gen Lenovo for the price is a fantastic deal

    Was getting ready to purchase a new THINKPAD from Best Buy $798. Bought this refurbished and cut the price in half. Looks brand new, booted up fast, and is flawless so far. I could not be happier.

    Very happy with the laptop. I had to contact customer support due to an incorrect cable sent originally. The seller immediately overnighted the correct cable. I also had a few problems with accessing the free Microsoft Office and the seller immediately contacted me and was able to help me remedy the problem. Overall, I give it five stars it’s fast and so far reliable, and the great customer support is worth quite a lot.
