Also, the screen for some reason goes dim and can’t get it to brighten it up. I checked all the settings and could not find the problem, so I restarted the computer and it corrected itself. Other than that, I like computer.

The laptop functions but I am unable to “activate” Windows. I’m not sure how that will impact us long-term.
I noticed too late. I must use these because we bought them for my kids to take to a tech camp and we don’t have time to get replacements. If I can, I may return them. BUYER NEWARE!!
