    The keyboard locked up and could not get it to work. Had to save all information on the cloud and do a factory reset to get it to work again’
    Also, the screen for some reason goes dim and can’t get it to brighten it up. I checked all the settings and could not find the problem, so I restarted the computer and it corrected itself. Other than that, I like computer.

    Love the color. Love the performance. The keyboard is excellent. Great speed and ease of use. It took only a few minutes to set up. Could have more inputs/ports on the sides. However, since it is a Chromebook expectations are a bit low. Nice machine but a bit pricey. Starts up quickly, easily to surf and save to cloud, access email. Ram seems decent and storage good as well. Would have been nice to have $50-75 off to lower the price a bit.

    I didn’t think anything about the fact that the Lenovo boxes had some sticky areas on them where labeling has been removed. It wasn’t until after I had trouble activiating Windows on tried to get product support that I became aware these laptops were “sold in India”… they rerouted my to the Indian support page. None of the stickers that usually come on the Laptop box were on the box. No Windows product key, no serial number. Nothing.

    The laptop functions but I am unable to “activate” Windows. I’m not sure how that will impact us long-term.

    I noticed too late. I must use these because we bought them for my kids to take to a tech camp and we don’t have time to get replacements. If I can, I may return them. BUYER NEWARE!!

    I got this as my old beast crashed and wanted something fir 3D printing software. Works great, is very light and charges fast. Decent battery life too.

    I got this Lenovo laptop for my wife. She really loves it. Lenovo is a good brand. I have been using Lenovo computer’s for many years. At home and work. They are made well. I highly recommend this laptop. Thanks
