    I use my computer for web browsing and shopping. I’m not much of a gamer so I didn’t have gaming in mind when I purchased this computer but it certainly can handle it. This computer is powerful and lightning fast.
    16 GB RAM makes multitasking possible, which I wasn’t able to do on my old computer with 4 GB. RAM
    I love this computer.

    Where to start. That’s easy, don’t ever buy a Lenovo laptop. I purchased mine in March of 2024 and the screen stopped working within 6-weeks of the first use. I then contacted Lenovo as it was obviously still under warranty and was instructed to ship to their service center for repair. Once it arrived at Lenovo and was diagnosed, I then received an email back with a quote of $164.68 to have it repaired. The symptom they gave was as follows: CID – 3rd Party SSD. When I emailed back asking for clarification on “3rd Party SSD and why that wasn’t covered, was then told that the Lenovo warranty doesn’t cover 3rd party parts. Keep in mind that this was a laptop purchased through Amazon new and arrived in original Lenovo packaging. They basically passed the buck on the repair and wouldn’t agree to honor the warranty. There’s no way that this machine had any part other than the originals as manufactured by Lenovo. Once explaining the situation to Amazon, they were quick to give me a full refund once the original unit was returned. Sadly I’ve been without a laptop for over a month now, and all of this has been a huge headache. The laptop was hardly used and never left my office desk. This is nothing more than a cop out by Lenovo to honor its warranty and would not recommend that anyone buy this laptop or any other from Lenovo. They obviously don’t mind selling their products through 3rd party vendors (yes Amazon), but will not honor the warranty. I would love to share my email exchange with you all, but there is a disclaimer that basically says that the information in the email is confidential and that any copying or distribution of its contents is unlawful. Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY!

    I have used Lenovo laptop computers for eight years for my business and also for personal use. These computers have never failed me nor have they technical problems.
    I have just purchased a new Lenovo to replace one that I have used for the last five years. The only reason for replacing it was because it did not have the processing speed for windows 11.
    Lenovo laptops are high quality computers and I recommend them highly.
