    Everything is good on this laptop. The sound quality the keyboard quality. The touch screen works great. It wasn’t a bad price. It’s lightweight so I can take it anywhere.

    I bought what was advertised as an HP laptop from this storefront, but it turns out to be a complete scam. I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase.

    First, this isn’t an actual HP store, even though it was presented as such. I found out the hard way that this is just a third-party seller pretending to be legitimate. The “upgrades” they mention in the listing mean that the standard 1-year HP warranty is voided. This crucial detail is not mentioned.

    I had this laptop for only a few months before it stopped starting up. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. I ended up calling the ACTUAL HP store customer service number and they performed a diagnostic check and told me the 1 year warranty is void due to seller upgrading ram.

    To make matters worse, Amazon is complicit in this scam by allowing these so-called “verified” stores to peddle faulty products without any real consequences.

    I’m extremely frustrated and feel cheated. I trusted Amazon to vet their sellers, but this experience has made me question the integrity of their marketplace. Be very cautious before purchasing from this HP store; they’re not what they seem.

    Really like this laptop. It’s very fast and I adjusted to Windows 11 fairly quickly. Had to call a few customer support folks to get my apps and emails installed properly, but that could be user error on my part. Battery life is good. Lasts several hours unless I’m using Zoom and the like. The keyboard seems a little flimsy, but at home I use an external keyboard. Big upgrade over my old laptop.

    Cons: lack of keyboard lighting, battery life is shorter than i expected

    It’s functional. I can write and watch Netflix. However, the display quality is barely acceptable and the battery lasts me around four hours. It has touchscreen, which is nice, and it is fast enough. It is probably my last HP. The one it replaced stopped booting up after barely four years and it had lots more bells and whistles and cost me $1400. It got intermittent black screens after three years. I hope this one lasts me until I can save money to get a better brand. So THINK before buying this. It is VERY basic.
