I’ve got two of these chairs now. One black and this one in gray. They’re excellent chairs. Very sturdy, comfortable to sit on for extended work periods. If one thing needs some work, I wish that all of these chair manufacturers would switch off of these plastic wheels. They’re terrible. A larger, roller blade style wheel set would make these chairs perfect. Easily adjust the lumbar and headrest while you’re sitting in it as well. If you’re in the market for a new chair and aren’t into spending $1500, this is a good starter. 👍

I have assembled some office chairs in my lifetime. This was by far the easiest and fastest to assemble. The instructions were clear. The hardware was labeled. They even provide you the only tool you need to assemble it. The screw holes were perfectly aligned. There was no difficulty getting the screws into the holes either. The major complaint I have with this chair is that I hate the lumbar support, so I removed it. I have written twice to the company to ask if the chair is safe to use without the lumbar support, but their customer service is lacking. The first message I left, they responded by asking me to email them. I emailed them, but it has been over a week and no one has responded. So, I am currently using the chair without the lumbar support, and I love it. I have had no issues with the chair. It’s comfortable. It supports me well. It was everything I needed, and trust me, I have been through quite a few office chairs due to working from home, so I think I am qualified to give an opinion on this. However, it is just my sole opinion. Office chairs fit everyone differently. But if you are looking for a comfortable chair that is easy and fast to assemble, you should try this one! The price is very reasonable. It does arrive in a very big box which is somewhat heavy, so you might want to make sure that the delivery person has a safe place to put it, or that you make other arrangements in case you have to carry it up steps.

I ordered this chair to replace my old one, since I work from home I’m in it a lot. First off, the directions are packed inside the bottom of the seat. I found the video on the amazon order page and that’s what I was following until I got to where I had to turn the seat over to attach the arms, and there was the instruction manual. Not much more help, but at least it said which screws went where. It does come with a very nice screw package, all neatly sorted and marked, and the allen wrench it comes with is worth saving. Very easy to use! But when I got it all together and sat in it I realized that this chair back is a little too far back for me, and there really is no way to make it come forward. The lumbar support is moveable, but it is fairly large, so my upper back can’t touch the chair unless I lean back. I am usually leaning forward so I wanted the chair to be more upright. There is a “dial” underneath the chair, but since it’s not connected to anything, I do not see how it could work. I tried turning it, but of course nothing happens. The back is connected to the arms, and nothing else. The arms are screwed into the bottom. Unless you are moving the entire bottom, the back doesn’t move. So perhaps the screw moves the bottom of the chair? Anyway, it’s not quite what is shown or implied in the pictures. I think it is very comfortable otherwise, and I made it work by adding an extra pillow between the lumbar support and the headrest. The seat cushion is really comfortable and I am not a lightweight person, so that counts for a lot. Also the arms move up which makes it easier to move in and out of the chair if you are a wide person. I gave it three stars because I shouldn’t have to add an extra pillow for back support and they show the back as being flexible, which it really isn’t. Otherwise this chair is very comfortable.
