    Nice product! Easy to hold. Had difficulty in getting it to work the first time. Followed directions, but it took several long tries for the pumping part to work. Once it is “primed” it worked fine. You Need distilled water also. I Plan on using for church events for backdrops and tablecloths.

    I love this steamer. It works great on wrinkles. It’s easy to use. The size of it is perfect for traveling. It puts out a lot of steam. It is very durable. The ease of cleaning is great.

    I have a standing garment steamer, but the head was plastic so it would never steam garments as crisp I wanted them nor work well on thicker pants like khaki’s or jeans. This has been great so far and my work pants now look great. I was able to do three different articles of clothing before refilling. It does have a consistent steam switch so turning it off while switching garments/turning garments around etc helps keep steam going longer before running out. It’s portable and the plug is long. I love that I can steam items hanging in my closet directly and not limited like a full garment. I tried laying garment flat and it worked well with no leakage. Heated up within 10s and ready for use. The device itself did get hot after 20+ minutes of use so I turned it off to let it cool in between.

    Side note: there is a video of someone using this to steam khakis and it is not working. She is using the steamer to fast and if you watch closely she has the fabric brush attachment. With that material the metal plates need to be touching directly on the fabric since steam alone will not get those wrinkles out. It also helps to hold the bottom of the pants to keep it straight. I was able to use this on my khakis and got the wrinkles out.

    Great handheld steamer. I use it to steam my suits, including my very nice silk tops. It’s easy to use, holds plenty of water to go through two full two piece suits +2 shirts. It may be able to do more but I don’t need to do more so I just toss out the remaining water. It is ergonomic, feels very comfortable in the hand, and isn’t too heavy at all. I bought this in 2021. It’s 2024 and going strong.

    For context, I do not often write reviews (and it’s certainly only a fraction of my purchases), and certainly not years later. I thought I misplaced the tank after leaving it out to dry. I almost just ordered another one but found it. I wondered when I bought it and thought it deserved its five stars publicly.

    I once used a very small $20 hand held steamer and nearly burned my hand and had to go to the hospital. It was stemming from the water drip. You have to be careful with anything that has steaming water (ie dont put your hand in front of it, duh) but such risk with this Electrolux is minimal if not nil.

    I bought this product in February of 2023, it is now July 2024 & it still works perfectly. It’s easy to clean(don’t even really need to) & gets the job done with relative ease. It is very powerful compared to most handheld steamers on the market, it seriously saved me time over the past year and a half. I no longer need to iron my clothes the night before to get ready. This thing will fully unwrinkle a pair of pants in between 30-90 seconds. Dress Shirts are a little harder but it never really takes more than 1-2 minutes for something to look presentable in an office setting. I would 100% recommend this, the water tank has good capacity & it pre-heats really fast. The only thing I can say could improve this product was if it was even more powerful( but this applies to literally every steamer in the market) relatively speaking this is the best product.

    I bought this steamer to replace my iron and ironing board. It can replace the iron but you still need an ironing board, steam your fingers, or leave wrinkles under the arm pit as well as down the buttons on a button-up shirt.

    It is a well-made product and is ideal for larger items like tablecloths or curtains. It works great on open areas of clothing just not where you also need it.

    Highly recommend! I’ve used this so many times since I purchased it and it works amazingly well. The cord is nice and long. It heats up super fast. And it steams so well, making the fabric perfectly smooth. I’ve used it on a silk dress, and traveled with it, it comes in a great case which made it easy to pack and take on a trip.

    I ordered this product back in December 2023 and it unfortunately stopped working 5-6months later. I contacted customer service via the Amazon app and upon hearing my issue they immediately offered to ship me a new product to replace the non-working one. I got the new steamer less than a week later & it seems to be working just fine. I was really happy with how customer service resolved my issue so quickly and hassle-free for me as the customer. I’m excited to have a fully working steamer and simply love the sleek look and feel of this model.
