    The instructions seem poor and incomplete. I recommend unplugging it after every use, even if you are going to use it right away for a second use.

    As soon as it came in, we decided to use it to make breakfast. It will not disappoint. It cooks the same as using my stove, has made a real difference in my kitchen appliances and my cooking abilities around my house. It’s portable. So I now can have extra cooking burners when I need more than the four burners on my home stove. For cooking larger meals around the holidays. I was able to make my homemade spaghetti meat sauce, including browning the ground beef and boiling spaghetti noodles. I would use this product in many ways. It’s quite portable and could be used for camping trips. Or If i am just cooking smaller meals for two person. The cooktop is portable. When I’m having bar-b que’s. I’ll be able to cook other items in the same place as i am cooking food on my bar-b-que without having to run back and forth to the stove to complete my meals.

    I’m not sure how to think about this product…it develops this stubborn white covering after use no matter what size pan. It’s stubborn to clean off and it just shows up again after next use. The other issue is it is adjustable only to 176°. One would think this should be acceptable to simmer or hold hot but it actually keeps boiling the food. When the fan shuts off it just drops off and doesn’t seem to do anything.

    I literally won’t use my kitchen stove unless both spots are active on this modern marvel. No more stinky gas cloud and slow boiling pots. If you have a ceramic coated Dutch oven it will become your go to even for reheating food. It doesn’t spike the EMF meter on my phone so that’s a relief as well.
