    Ordered, waited, received and then parts where defective, Made a Dell service call, said they’ll be contacting within 2 business day, after a week I returned it and purchased a HP from a local store.

    I purchased this laptop for light home use. The unit was delivered on schedule and it was well packaged. Although the laptop had an overall good feel, I had difficulty with the track pad. It seemed like no matter where I clicked on the pad, the cursor frequently did not land where I intended. I returned the laptop. The return was simple but the vendor charged a $252 restocking fee. That is an outrageous charge. The vendor was Best Deal Electronic

    The laptop has been working great for me but I just realized that it has no sound. I ran the diagnostic routine and went through the Get Help assistant but it couldn’t fix it even though it did look for updated drivers. The battery has only ever lasted 2 – 3 hours when I am working but that is not a big problem. The sound card isn’t really a huge problem since I have another laptop and another computer that I can use. Other than that, this has been a great work computer and the problems I do have don’t stop my productivity for work. It just irks me for my private use.

    The description stated that it had a nine hour battery life. the battery ran for 2 hours before needing to be recharged, the fan ran constantly. The company charges a $233.00 restocking charge for a product that clearly was not as they described

    I work in dim lighting conditions and this PC did not have a backlit keyboard which is why I am returning. Otherwise, I would be happy with this device. I received it 24 hours ago.

    For me, the headline says it all. After problems with other highly recommended brands, I will never leave Dell again.
