    Bought this chair for my boyfriend after looking through tons of reviews on different chairs. This one had the best reviews as well as a good price. I personally had never put anything together before. I usually have someone help me. I decided to give it a shot and it was super easy! All of the pieces were included, instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to put it together somewhat quickly for someone who had never put something like this together before. My boyfriend loves the chair! He’s about 6’1 and finds the chair to be really comfy. 🙂

    Comfortable chair and easy to put together. However, there is one screw that would not fit all the way in the armrest hole. I took the arm off and tried all the screws without the arm and none of them would fit in the hole. Because it doesn’t fit in the hole completely, the screw cover will not fit. Thankfully, it is under the armrest and you can’t easily see it otherwise, it would really bother me.

    I received this chair today and assembled it quickly. It came days faster than it was supposed to. It is nice looking, comfortable, and ergonomic. You can sit in this chair for a long time comfortably. It doesn’t feel like it will wear out quickly either but it’s too early to determine it’s durability. The lumbar inflator works well. I wish the pump didn’t just dangle out of the back but that is the only con I see so far. FYI I am 6’1″ and 210lbs and it’s just the right size.

    Im so impressed with this chair as its really helping me with my back ache issue. It has good cushion & the material is leather which seems so good quality. I needed a good high back chair for long hours of office & this chair is perfect for that. Hope i can use it for a long time. It has all the features which i needed for a office desk chair.

    I spent a lot of time searching for a good office chair to replace one that died after many years of service. I wanted a GOOD one but didn’t want to spend the usual $300 to $400 that’s usually necessary for a quality product. Office chairs aren’t something I like to skimp on because as anyone who spends a lot of time in one knows, a bad chair really impacts your productivity. I am really glad I took a chance on this one because it’s honestly one of the best I’ve owned. It’s comfortable, sturdy and looks far more expensive than it is. This is a really good buy.

    I recently ordered your chair model 2822 with adjustable lumbar support. It’s a nice comfortable chair but it looks like there is no way to adjust lumbar support. When I press the air bag it feels like the lumbar area is already inflated to 100% and the air just doesn’t go anywhere. When I press the air release valve on air bag to decompress the lumbar area nothing happens. It seems like air is just stuck in lumbar support at 100% and there is no way to decompress or adjust it to make the back more comfortable. I sent email to colamy cm support. If i don’t hear from them i would have to return it.

    Changed score to 5 for great customer service. They contacted me and helped to resolve the problem. Thank you.

    I was suffering from a lot of back pain so I ordered this chair. It is not only comfortable but my back pain has almost disappeared. I spend about 8 hours a day sitting so I am extremely happy with this purchase! Great value

    I had to replace my previous chair that had too many squeaks and tears in the feaux-leather to be comfortable anymore and looked for something similar at a decent price. I bought this chair at half the price I paid for my previous chair and other than some small difficulty assembling (some of the screws and recessed holes were hard to access and manage) I’ve been happy so far. Sturdy and comfortable.
