    Overall it is a very good product. The chair is easy to set up, using the armrest to combine the back and the bottom, and all the tools are included in the product. The surface is smooth and comfortable, not too cold not too warm. The best part is the curve of the chair which makes my back feel much more comfortable when sitting for a long time. The wheels are also good, which makes it easy to move and not making too much noise.

    Arrived sooner than expected and the chair is very comfortable. The roller blade wheels roll real good on carpet.

    This is a very comfortable chair, rolls super smooth with these rollerblades style wheels. Not only is comfortable, it’s a very nice looking chair. Highly recommend this chair.

    Sad to say that this week the bearings started to fall out of the wheels and now the chair will not roll out away from my desk. Could not find a link in which to have the seller send me another set of wheels. Very disappointed in the lack of ability to reach customer service. These wheels have had minimal use as this chair is for an office that is only used about once or twice a week for a few hours each time. HESL says it supports 500 lbs and I am 385lbs, so weight is not the issue. Have not even had it a six months!!!

    Cushions are very stiff. maybe they’ll give after a while. but initially no. assembly was ok. i couldnt align the screw with the right arm rest. couldn’t even force it to go in and i’m pretty strong. i just had to do without in which the arm moves a tad. eventually it may move to much. might return
