    I recently purchased the Big and Tall 500lbs Office Chair and it has been a fantastic addition to my home office. As someone who spends long hours at the desk, finding a chair that offers both comfort and support was crucial, and this chair delivers on both fronts.

    I don’t use my things too hard, but, while comfortable, one of the caster’s snapped this morning, rendering the chair unusable. it has been 4 months. not worth the money.

    POST REPAIR EDIT: I got a set of replacement casters free of charge after this complaint. I still feel the joint is a bit weak, but the casters feel good. I’m not a fan of the bulb in the back designed to help with your comfort, but it’s also out of the way enough to not matter. The casters did require me pulling out the old shank a bit, but I was able to do so even without any actual talent of my own.

    As the subject said, this chair was such a comfortable game changer, I hate sitting on my own couch.

    Building it was straightforward, was able to do it myself while sitting on said couch. Once it was done, sitting down and getting it set up to fit me was a breeze. Once that was done, the comfort has been flowing ever sense.

    I am a bigger dude, and feel like the chair has held me up perfectly for the past few months. It’s a big chair and handles the weight no problem. Probably will spend the rest of my life sitting in and enjoying these chairs.

    I’ve had purchased and owned many top brand office types of chairs over the last 25 years of having a home office. I have to say this one is head and shoulders above even the best known American brands I’ve used. Firstly I must say the construction is solid and well executed. The parts were superbly organized in a bubble packed board with markings of specific numbers to correlate to the perfect instructions. These folks have their act together. There were no hang ups in the procedure and execution of assembly. It went quickly and smoothly. The apparent quality of the leather used is better than that I’ve had on other so called well made chairs. One feature that NOBODY has ever had was fully adjustable arms for both front to back adjustments as well as height. I’ve found myself leaning down to support myself when at my desk. With this one they can be right there for support and heavy support indeed. Ironically the primary reason I got THIS particular chair was the ability to rotate the arms completely OUT of the way. I have a large desk which has recording equipment on it and I record my guitar in front of my desk with my a microphone and arms get in the way. This way I can easily just sit there positioned correctly and play. Best of all this chair makes absolutely NO noise, creaks or puffs or anything to be recorded. Solid and extremly supportive. Sitting on this chair is like sitting on a cloud. NO pressure on my thighs or bum. I’m 275lbs so no lightweight. This chair is more then large enough for me as well. Plenty wide as well. All in all one of the best purchases I’ve made in a very long time. Kudo’s to this company for making a good quality well designed product.
