    The refrigerator arrived intact and didn’t look like any damage had occurred. After removing the packaging that’s when I saw two huge dents on the corner edges. This looks like it was shipped this way. The dents are so huge that the side walls are warped/bulged. Whatever happened,it was definitely a hard hit to do this much damage. After getting everything set up it took about 2 hours for the unit to get to its proper cold levels which is what the instructions stated it should take.the freezer got cold fast and froze ice cubes quickly.the lower fridge part is just cold enough. The thing now is it pretty much doesn’t stop running at level 2 which is the recommended setting. This unit is in a bedroom. It runs and runs…stops for a about 4 minutes and then runs for like 10 minutes and continues this process and the noise!…you just the motor running constantly and this loud gurgling,bubbling noise commuting from it nonstop!… I hope this thing isn’t already going to burn out. So far it keeps everything cold and we love the design of separate fridge and freezer.it’s actually the perfect lurked fridge but if it is going to keep running and most likely using more electricity than it should and gurgling and bubbling nonstop im afraid it will burn out quickly and that will be disappointing coz I do like this fridge. Id return it but the return cost is too high.The inside is spacious!…lots of room and a crisper!. It’s really just the perfect design. Bigger then I imagined it should be.

    The seller actually reached out and was concerned about the issues and also concerned about our well being which is really top notch customer service and really goes a long way in my eyes. They offered a full refund. I am bumping up the rating just for excellent customer service. Sometimes a product is broken or bad and that happens at times,but for a seller to make things right just shows how much they value their customers. That is this seller!

    Ordered the 7.7 cubic fridge on Tuesday night and the fridge arrived Friday lunch time. As for the refrigerator itself, it is a basic model with just top and bottom compartment but the quality is top-notch and definitely a bang for your buck. Plugged it in a few hours and it’s working well in my garage! Definitely recommend purchasing if you need a budget friendly, quality fridge for limited space.

    I’ve had the fridge for about 6 months. From day one I had issues with it. If you put anything in the back of the fridge it will freeze. I’ve had cheese, pudding, condiments, and more freeze. I have been putting water bottles in the back that freezes, but I liked the rest of the fridge so I kept it. The actual freezer is great, and the fridge gets nice and cold how I like it. Using the can/bottle slots on the door is another issue. It takes up space in the fridge, so besides not being able to use the back of the fridge, you need space in the front to make room for can/bottles sticking out of the door slots. That’s less room you are able to use. I was still willing to deal with this, since this was just an extra fridge.

    So for the past month I have woken up to find the fridge door open. I thought it was because of the cans/bottles pushing up against something in the fridge, not letting the fridge close properly. Well this week the door refused to close at all. The magnetic part on the gasket is not working at all. Now I have it closed with velcro. Thankfully I bought the appliance protection plan, but it sucks that I have to use it.

    Update: I figured out what the problem was with the gasket. Ice formed in the back of the fridge, and pushed the shelves forward. Since I have frozen water bottles in the back, I didn’t see the ice block, nor how much it pushed the shelf forward. I removed the ice, and now the fridge closes. I am still using the velcro, because I have no idea when it will happen again.
