First and foremost, I just want to say thank you to the owners of this page for helping me with my issues I encountered.

I’ve had this chair for about 3 weeks now. So here is my completely honest review:

    Pros –
    – The leg rest is AWESOME! I sit in weird positions, and it still works and is comfortable for however you’d like to sit! I’m talking putting all my weight on the footrest and it still doesn’t break.
    – The back of the chair is super comfortable and is amazing for my back issues. You can adjust it to however much tension you would like as well. REMEMBER THIS! It comes super loose, but you can tighten it with the big black knob
-Assembly is easy. It’s the same steps as putting together a regular office chair, but even easier. For once I found a chair that you can easily install the arm rests.
-If you do not sit in it for almost 12 hours like me, the butt part of the chair is extremely comfortable too.
-If you have back or hip problems, GET THIS CHAIR!!!

    Cons –
    – If you sit in this chair for long periods of time, your butt can get sore. I messaged the owner about this issue, and they sent me a $35 refund for a seat cushion! How sweet is that?
-I wish the metal on the leg rest was covered with fabric or something. When you sit in weird positions like I do, you randomly hit this cold cold metal, and also its really uncomfortable.

This is honestly an awesome chair, the price is pretty high in my opinion however for the comfiness and look, I feel like it is semi worth it. Knowing what I know now about the chair, I would honestly put it at a $190-$200 price range, instead of the almost $300 I paid for it. I do highly recommend this chair though, it is pretty awesome!

The chair is very nice looking. The grey color is really nice. Not hard to put together and they included spare parts just in case you lose a couple. The base seems very sturdy and the wheels are quite nice. My previous chair struggled to roll on this flat carpet we have, this one, not a bit. It rolls very well. The chair back is quite comfortable as are the arm rests. The adjustment mechanisms work well. It is a comfortable chair with one thing to keep in mind. They built this to support up to 400lbs. It seems well suited for this. Keep in mind how the seat feels will depend on your size. I am 6′ and 235 pounds. It is a firm seat to me. It is still very comfortable when sitting at my desk for a good while working. Sitting doing reports and budgeting and emails and such for a 2 to 3 hours has been great in it. Leaning back to relax and game it can feel a little firm on the sacral area. I asked someone well north of 300 to sit on it and they felt it was very comfy. It is like a memory foam bed, one that is comfy for a 350 football lineman would be very firm to a ballerina and one that is comfy for a ballerina would be squished flat by the lineman. The chair is the same. I think it is well designed and well built to hold up to people over 250 lbs. I like the little footrest as you can sit crossed legged on it or rest your feet on it if you want to lean back for a little gaming with a controller.
Customer support has been great. They were very responsive to email. I asked for the rubber wheels and they responded right away on the weekend no less, and sent them out on Monday. The chair comes with a Qr code in the included document with a video to show you how to put it together if you prefer that to reading. Overall, very good experience with this chair and their customer service. I would definitely recommend this chair, especially if you are over 250-300, or even over 215. Chairs that say up to 250 or 275 never seem to last for those of us in the 215-260 range so this works nicely. Good price as well for what feels to be much better quality than many of the $300-700 chairs I see at Office depot.

This is a day 01 review, if I can remember I’ll try to update this in the future after I’ve had it for longer:

Got here in two days! I assembled it myself with no extra hands, took me maybe 45-60min? I forgot to time myself, but to be fair I did that alone and took some short 5min breaks here and there since my apartment is currently without AC and it’s hawt in here but I digress.

Definitely think you’ll be ok when it comes to assembling this on your own but having one other person would probably make it easier/go faster. The trickiest parts to me for doing it alone were putting the chair arms on and connecting the back and bottom of the chair together. Not impossible, just a little trickier without the extra help, I’d definitely recommend using your surrounding to help you (we have some bar stools for example, so I had the bottom of the chair resting on the seat of the stool while I connected the Back support to the joint piece.) The instructions were pretty easy to follow! Loved that they supplied extra screws too.

The cushions are pretty cushiony, but I think I was maybe expecting them to be a bit more plush. They’re comfy, but I’m not sure yet how long the plushness will last. Sitting in it for the first time felt like a hug which was nice. The lumbar pillow is pretty nice as well. The chair height is also great for me, I’m 5’ 4” for reference and when lowered all the way this chair still fits under my desk.

Only reason I’m making this 4 stars at the moment instead of 5 is for a couple of reasons. For one, the box arrived already open, which concerned me at first. Everything I needed was still inside the box, but it was a little alarming to see that.

The other thing is I’m not sure yet about the sturdiness of this chair. The locking/unlocking mechanism for the recline feature is a bit finicky as well, seems like I’ll lock it and hear what sounds like it locking but then I’ll keep reclining? And then if I’m in recline mode and want to go back to sitting up, the unlocking seems to take a few tries to get it to work. But reclining and using the foot rest is very comfy, so maybe there’s just a trick to locking/unlocking I need to figure out.

All in all as of right now I’d definitely recommend this chair! Assembly was decently easy for doing it by myself and it’s a much comfier chair than what I had before!
