This chair is very solid, well built. It has a lot of different areas that can be adjusted which makes it easy to fit to your liking. It is very supportive for the hips, pelvis, back, and head/neck. Love the mesh!

My initial opinion is that it’s very comfortable. When I was assembling it, two things stuck out as ‘cost savers’. The seat base of 5 spokes is made up of separate pieces which screw to a central hub. The hub had black pieces sticking out, and I thought I was sent the wrong chair. The spokes were highly polished chrome and covered the black pieces on the hub. The headrest also appeared to be an afterthought. The piece where it mounts to the top of the chair hangs over the front, and the square edge presses into the mesh. I fear this could someday be a strain and cause a rip. Those fears aside, it was easy to assemble, and it’s very solid. When I sat down, I instantly felt comfortable. My Favorite feature is that the seat bottom itself can slide forward or backward. This allows for full support of my thighs. I also like that the back has four different stops if you lean backward, instead of just one reclined position. If I had a wish, it would be that the seat could tilt as well. The back has several vertical adjustments so you can get the lumbar support exactly where you want it. The headrest also has these vertical adjustments. Bonus: The headrest also rotates so that you can actually rest your head on it while sitting up. Most of the headrests in these types of chairs are only useful if you’re fully lying back in the chair. I’ve purchased another brand that was 50% more expensive and was very uncomfortable and did not have the adjustability this one had. So far, I’m very pleased.

I got the chair for its mesh style and weight capacity. It is easy enough to assemble. The folded metal star base has me questioning its longevity, but we will see.

OK, I didn’t buy it for the headrest, so I only took off one star, but the headrest is a total afterthought in the design. (Someone else said this in a review, and I was like “I wonder what that means”. I will tell you.)

The headrest clamps onto the top of the chair, it is not integrated, or screwed on. It is the headrest and a clamp piece that you hold onto the top of the chair while screwing the clamp to the headrest, and tightening on the chair. So, what’s the problem? The problem is the clamp goes beyond the plastic and digs into the mesh at the top. Mine still has the mesh indented from where I had it on for less than a minute. Over time this will be a pull and a rip.

If you don’t care about the headrest like me, it looks and feels fine without it.

Headrest aside, all in all, a solid deal.

The chair arrived well packaged, each piece was wrapped in multiple layers of protective shipping material. Unpacked, all parts were accounted for and in new condition. I assembled the chair with relative ease, using only the provided allen wrench tool (which had a nice “handle” on it which made it just a bit more comfortable than the bare bones allen wrench most items come with). Everything went together fine, no issues. One slight problem area was attaching the headrest, the plastic part that attaches to the headrest is added and attached with the provided screws after you kind of hook the headrest on, there is a “groove” on the inside of the frame where it helps to seat this piece and ensure the headrest is centered.

The chair is definitely solid, no concern whatsoever. There is a bit of information between the static and dynamic weight loads that I wasn’t super clear on but customer service was great at responding to my inquiry. Overall I took a chance on this chair and am pleased thus far with the results.

Easy to Use: This is a great ergonomic chair. I have a large desk with 2 monitors at different heights. I can easily switch from the different heights back and fourth an d raise and lower quickly as needed. The elbow rests move in and out and forward and back. This makes it real nice when I need to sit back and take a little break and put my feet up.

Packaging: I was very impressed with how well it is packaged. Everything was protected well and no skimping on packaging.

Assembly: It was easy to assemble, the only hard part was putting the neck support on. I finally got it, but it would have been helpful to have third hand. I did need help to put the chair in the roller spindle.

I absolutely recommend this chair. Yes, it costs more than others. However, not having back pain and constantly adjusting myself in a chair all day has given me more energy and a pain free working situation.

I purchased this chair because it has a high weight rating and because the base where the casters attach is metal and may last longer.

Even though it is a lighter chair due to the mesh, it’s still deceptively heavy. The comfort is great and the adjustment function fits my needs.

I had two issues with assembly. When attaching the back rest to the seat, you have to fix a metal plate to a plastic surface. Because the plastic is soft and there isn’t a noticeable point where the bolts clearly stop, it is very hard to determine how much torque to apply. This issue also occurred when attaching the arm rests. You really don’t get a sense of “it’s tight” because you are screening the bolts down and the resistance against them is only a result of plastic surfaces opposing one another.

The most frustrating aspect of assembly was the head rest. It’s very tricky to get the head rest clamping mechanism together. You must hold the headrest in the up most adjustment position, articulate a small piece of plastic in perfect positioning while attempting to get small screws to thread at the same time.

So long as this chair lasts a reasonable amount of time, I consider it a good value. I will try to provide an update on the longevity of this item.
