    Follow-up to my original review: After I left my 1-star review, the manufacturer contacted me and offered a full refund. I accepted the offer, and then used that money to buy another one at a lower price, since it happened to be Prime Days. So those are both good things! As originally stated, I liked this steamer until it stopped working. So I am going to revise to 4 stars. The one star off is because I stand by the fact that this should not be essentially disposable. I’m going to donate my broken one to a kid who is learning how to repair things, and wants broken items to tinker with. Otherwise, it’s a lot of plastic that doesn’t need to go into a landfill.

    Here is my original review: I was so happy with this steamer. I got it to replace my previous, smaller, travel steamer that I had decided was too small. I liked this because the reservoir was relatively large, the ease of use, the functionality, etc. I loved that I could steam an entire multi-piece suit or outfit without having to stop and change the water. It heated up fast. It worked really well with a great steam flow and never spit. I liked that the steam button could be locked for continuous steam. It’s a little large for travel, but still packable. However…it suddenly stopped working after I steamed half a shirt the other day! After that, it would turn on, but just leak water from around the push button and wouldn’t heat up to steam anymore. I bought it in March, so I’m outside the return window. If I had had this for 5 years, it would be one thing for it to stop working. But 6.5 months and about 8 uses makes it a waste of money and a lot of material to go to a landfill for what is essentially a disposable product. Now I’ll go back to my previous travel steamer that I have been using for 15 plus years. Annoyed. Aarrrggghhh!!!!

    I didn’t realize how amazing steamers were until I got this! Not only is it more convenient it is way more efficient and effective than an iron. Last year I purchased a really nice iron but even that doesn’t get out all the wrinkles. Trying to manipulate the article of clothing to get to each nook and cranny and have it still end up wrinkly is frustrating. This steamer eliminates all that fuss! What a great bargain and I can have wrinkle-free clothes! I also tend to overload my washer which results in wrinkly clothes. I’m so happy that it takes less than a minute to get the wrinkles out of my clothes! Awesome!

    Works well. Not too big. For home use, I don’t plan to travel with it. Easy to use. Heats up quick. Got the wrinkles off my linen shirt pretty quick. It would be really helpful if you have a sturdy place to hang your clothes as you are steaming it. I didn’t feel the need to pull on my shirt as I’m going over it with the steamer to help it take off the wrinkles. I just glided the steamer over the shirt and it did it’s job. I have not used any of the attachments. I will say when I was emptying the holder for water, a little bit of water would not come out. It was like 5 drops of water. No matter how many times I tried to shake it and hopefully have the water come out of the hole it didn’t. I even left the cap open for a day hoping it would naturally dry and evaporate, it didn’t. Eventually I took some tissue and pushed some through the hole and shook the bottle around hoping the tissue would catch the droplets as it comes by. This worked but not 100% and enough for me to be OK. I didn’t want any water to stay in the water container because not sure if that can create mildew.

    Update: The seller reached out to me to troubleshoot the non working unit. Quickly sent a replacement and all works as expected. Customer service was fantastic. Especially since I was well out of the return window. Updating my rating to reflect.
    Original review:
    I rarely iron and hate it so I had been wanting to purchase a steamer to have on hand. Did some research and scoped out reviews and sales and this one came in lightening deal and the reviews were great so…add to cart!
    That was December and here we are in May and I bust it out to use thinking it’s going to be glorious. Nope, it doesn’t work. It turns on and gets hot but the actual steam function doesn’t work. You can hear it trying to work but it’s like it doesn’t even suck in the water.
    If you purchase, I’d recommend checking it right away to make sure you didn’t get a dud. I’m clearly way passed the return window so that’s fun. 🥲
